Who we help

For law firms

Make it easier for the clients you want to find and contact your firm

We review how people find the right practice area, understand whether your firm can help, get in touch and receive a reply. Then we help improve the parts that are unclear or unreliable.

We start with what you already have. A new website is not always the answer.

From a legal question to useful work

The problem

Where potential clients get stuck

A potential client may start with a problem, a deadline or a difficult decision, not the name of a legal service. Even after finding your firm, several things can stop a suitable enquiry from becoming a useful conversation.

01

People reach a page that is too general

They cannot quickly tell whether the firm handles their type of matter, location or type of client.

02

Different clients see the same explanation

A business, an executive and a private individual may need different information before deciding whether to contact the firm.

03

The next step feels unclear

A visitor may not know whether to call, complete a form, book a consultation or prepare more information.

04

An enquiry arrives without a clear next step

Someone still needs to decide who should reply, what information is needed and when to follow up.

05

The firm sees enquiries, but not what happened next

Form and call totals alone do not show which enquiries became useful conversations or clients.

These are signs worth checking, not a claim that every firm has every problem.

Possible solutions

The right fix depends on where the problem starts

More traffic, a new website or a longer contact form will not solve every problem. The useful first step depends on what is happening today.

01

The firm is hard to find for the work it wants

A useful place to start

Create clearer service pages and useful answers around the problems potential clients search for.

What it will not fix

This will not fix a slow or uncertain reply after contact.

02

Too many unsuitable enquiries arrive

A useful place to start

Explain who each service is for, what it covers and any important limits.

What it will not fix

More general traffic is unlikely to improve the fit.

03

People visit but hesitate to get in touch

A useful place to start

Make the service, relevant experience and next step easier to understand.

What it will not fix

More articles will not help if the service page remains unclear.

04

Good enquiries lose momentum after contact

A useful place to start

Agree who receives each enquiry, what happens next and when to follow up.

What it will not fix

A new website design will not create this internal responsibility.

05

No one knows what brings useful work

A useful place to start

Record where enquiries came from and whether they became conversations or clients.

What it will not fix

A dashboard cannot replace feedback from the team handling the enquiry.

Your firm may need one focused improvement, not a complete rebuild.

How YHAD works

Start with the gap, not a pre-set package

We do not begin by assuming that your firm needs more traffic or a new website. We first look at the work you want and where the current path becomes unclear.

Request a review
  1. 01

    Choose the work you want

Define the clients, matters, services and markets that matter most, based on the work your team wants and can take on.

  2. 02

    Review what happens today

Look at what potential clients find, which pages they reach, how they get in touch and what happens after an enquiry arrives.

  3. 03

Improve the most important gap first

This may mean changing one service page, the contact path, search visibility or the way replies and follow-up are handled.

  4. 04

    Learn from what happens next

When reliable records are available, review which enquiries became useful conversations and clients before deciding what to improve next.

A useful first step

What happens after you request a review

A review request is not a promise of results or a commitment to a project. We first check whether YHAD is a useful fit.

  1. 01

Tell us about the work you want

Send your website and describe the clients or matters you want more of and what feels difficult today.

  2. 02

We first check whether we can help

We look at the information you provide and the publicly visible path. We do not need client names, matter details or confidential documents.

  3. 03

    Agree what is worth reviewing

If we can help, we arrange a focused conversation and agree what should be examined first. No project starts until the scope is clear.

Do not send client names, matter details or confidential documents.

Relevant work

A live legal project you can inspect

We delivered a website for Pathway Partners, a Dutch immigration and legal services firm. The site organises complex services and gives prospective clients a clear way to understand the available help and get in touch.

We only publish performance figures when the client records and measurement period support them.

  • Clear routes for different immigration services
  • Visible service information and next steps
  • A direct way to ask for legal help

Employment law focus

See how this applies to employment law firms

Employers, executives and employees start with different problems and need different information before they contact a firm. The employment law page shows how those paths can be separated and made clearer.

Can YHAD help?

This works best when the firm can learn and make changes

A useful fit

  • Your firm knows which clients or matters it wants.
  • The team has room for more of the right work.
  • Someone can take responsibility for the first reply.
  • The team can say whether enquiries became useful conversations.
  • A partner or subject expert can approve legal information.

Probably not useful yet

  • You need a guarantee of enquiries or signed matters.
  • The team cannot respond to additional enquiries.
  • The main goal is traffic volume regardless of matter fit.
  • You only want the lowest-cost website rebuild.

Questions law firms ask us

Before you request a review

Do we need a completely new website?

Not necessarily. We first look at what you already have. A clearer service page, contact path or reply process may be a more useful starting point than a complete rebuild.

Most of our work comes through referrals. Is this still relevant?

It can be. Referred clients may use the website to check your services, people and experience before getting in touch. The website can support that decision even when Google was not the original source.

Can you work with our existing website or agency?

Yes, when responsibilities and access are clear. We can review the current journey and work only on the agreed gaps without replacing every supplier or system.

Do you need access to confidential client information?

Not for the initial request or a review of the public website. Do not send client names, matter details or documents. Any later access should be limited to the agreed work.

Can YHAD guarantee new clients?

No. We can improve how suitable people find, understand and contact your firm. Whether an enquiry becomes a client also depends on the matter, the firm's response and the client's decision.

Who approves legal information and claims?

Your firm approves all legal information and claims before publication. YHAD helps organise and explain the material in language potential clients can understand.

What happens after we request a review?

We first look at the information you provide and confirm whether we can help. If we can, we arrange a focused conversation about the work you want, what happens today and what is worth reviewing first.

A useful first step

See what is worth improving first

Send us your website, the types of matters your firm wants and what feels difficult today. We first check whether we can help and reply with the most useful next step.

No client names, matter details or confidential documents are needed. No project starts until the scope is agreed.
